Meet The Keyes

Evangelist Ryan Keyes is a passionate and yielded servant in the Kingdom of God. Committed to preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and devoted to serving God’s people is the catalyst which propels his ministry and sets the foundation of his life. Just as John the Baptist was the voice crying in the wilderness, so is this one of thunder boldly proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to this lost and dying world. He operates as an Evangelist, Prophet and Teacher encouraging others to fulfill their God-given purpose and Kingdom Assignment.

Evangelist Ryan Keyes was reared in a Christian home and taught the principles of Holiness and the oracles of God by his devout parents. It was during his youth that he accepted Christ as his personal savior and was filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Education from East Carolina University and a Master’s of Arts in Executive Leadership from Gardner Webb University. In addition he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the COGIC Academy of Greater NC Jurisdiction in 2014, receiving additional leadership, administrative and biblical training in ministry and was ordained an elder in the Church Of God In Christ in 2015.

He serves faithfully on the local, district, jurisdictional and national level of the Church Of God In Christ in several capacities as a yielded and willing servant. He has been under the pastoral tutelage of Bishop Leroy Woolard his entire life! In his service to the Body of Christ he leads many entities of ministry, but Evangelism is where his heart lies most serving as the Jurisdictional Evangelist for Greater North Carolina Jurisdiction under Bishop Woolard an an appointed National Evangelist in the Church Of God In Christ by former President, Bishop Elijah Hankerson, III and Region 7 President for the International Department of Evangelism under President Gary Sprewell. In addition to being a faithful and humble servant at his local church, Ryan founded and operates an evangelistic outreach ministry that is designed to reach the lost, rescue the perishing, help the hurting and minister the love of Jesus Christ through service in the church and community.

Most recently, he was assigned by his pastor to assume the pastoral duties at Saint Paul Church Of God In Christ in Tyner, NC. Upon his acceptance of this pastoral charge he moved the church to Williamston, NC and changed the name to Liberty Worship Center Church Of God In Christ. Since his initial beginning in the pastoral charge God has expanded and equipped the church for greater service and growth and development both spiritually and financially is being seen. 

Ryan is a devoted father to Langston and MacKenzie and also a  loving husband to Lady Jen, and dedicated to lovingly leading his family as Christ instructed men to do.

An accomplished young man of God who works full-time & travels extensively as a prophet, evangelist and pastor  is a devoted father, loving husband and diligent laborer in the Body of Christ. He is humble and faithful to God and his church family. His humility stems from his love for God. In all that he does he takes no credit for the things God is continuously doing in his life. He lives by the principle 'for we walk by faith and not by sight' and boldly walks in his Kingdom Assignment as he declares daily "​You were built to endure, built to overcome and built for victory, because in the end, we win!”

First Lady Jennifer Keyes,

Affectionately known as Lady Jen, First Lady Jennifer Keyes is the devoted wife of Pastor Ryan Keyes and a beloved ministry partner at Liberty Worship Center Church of God in Christ. She serves with grace, strength, and a deep love for God’s people.

Lady Jen is the Co-President of the Ladies of Liberty Women’s Department and the YWCC President, ministering to women ages 19–49. She also serves on the Liberated Nation Youth Department staff and is a gifted psalmist, regularly leading worship with sincerity and power.

Beyond Liberty, she is the District YWCC President for the Historic Edenton District, and a core team member of the Sisters Connecting to Connect Ministry in the Greater North Carolina Jurisdiction, helping to shape and mentor young women across the state.

A loving mother to Langston and MacKenzie, Lady Jen’s life reflects faith in action. She continues to uplift others through her service, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the Kingdom.
